There is no better way to recall a year than with many new traditions and beginnings. It has been an honor to serve as your principal this year, and I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome I received from families, students, teachers, and staff. This tremendous community lifts the hearts and minds of all who enter. The academic achievement of our students is possible because of the concerted, coordinated efforts of all of our stakeholders. Together we make a difference in the lives of our children so that they are lifelong learners pursuing and realizing their dreams. In the words of John Dewey: The result of the educative process is capacity for further education.
