Kids - After School

There are a number of after school programs for the children of Coeur d'Alene.

The following is a simple list of programs that we typically have.

• YMCA - Provides day care and other activities before and after school. The Y has their own clubhouse on the northeaster corner of the campus.
• Boys and Girls Club - Provides day care and other activities before and after school. Generally, they meet in the Art's Bungalow off the main yard after school each day.
• MadScience - Hands on learning of science through experiments. Please see below for more information.
• STAR Enrichment program - A variety of enrichment programs are offered for students in grades K-5.

Please talk with your teacher or representatives of the Booster Club for more information.

We are still gathering information on their on-site program at Coeur d'Alene.

Generally, the Boys and Girls Club uses the Art's Bungalow after school.  Please feel free to visit for more information.

We routinely receive signup sheets for the Mad Science programs which we typically send to you using "Student Express."  (This is our term for giving the materials to our teachers who in turn distribute it to their students' folders.  :-)  )
