Kids - Dress Code
This is the dress code for Coeur d'Alene. Please see Principal Jenkins' letter for more information.
CLOTHES
- No oversized clothes
- Pants must be worn at an appropriate position
- No bare midriffs
- No tank tops with large, oversized armholes
- No T-shirts with suggestive or inappropriate advertisements or language
- Dresses, skirts, shorts, and "skorts" should be of an appropriate length
- Hats may be worn outside only as sun protections and are to be removed indoors
- No hats, caps, or hoods are to be worn indoors
FOOTWEAR
- Shoes should be suitable for physical activity
- Socks should be worn at all times
- No open-toed shoes, sandals, or flip-flops
- No plastic or non-supportive shoes
- Shoes with wheels MUST have the wheels removed
- No shoes or boots with heels or platforms
JEWELRY
- No hoop earrings
- No necklaces or chains longer than 16 inches around the neck
- No valuable jewelry should be worn to school
GROOMING
- Hair should be neatly groomed so as not to hinder eyesight or cause unusual attention
- No make-up or lipstick of any kind is permitted to be worn or brought to school
